Trauma-Trained Coaching is a holistic and compassionate approach that supports individuals in understanding how past traumatic experiences may still influence their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships today. Unlike traditional therapy, which often focuses on processing and healing trauma at a clinical or diagnostic level, trauma-trained coaching emphasises personal growth, self-awareness, self-healing, and empowerment in the present moment.
As an Integrative Trauma-Trained Holistic Health Coach with a background in Psychology, I support you on your trauma-recovery journey through a multidimensional, holistic approach. I specialise in working with Highly Sensitive cPTSD survivors healing from developmental trauma and narcissistic abuse as well as individuals navigating the effects of 'little t' trauma. My practice is more than trauma-informed. It grounded in extensive professional training and lived experience, so you can feel safe knowing our sessions are designed to support and not re-traumatize you.
Safety is the foundation of our work together. In every session, I am dedicated to creating a space where you feel safe to be you and where you can safely explore parts of you which need your love and attention. This foundation of safety is key in helping you heal, as it allows your nervous system to recalibrate and build capacity for tolerating different array of life experiences. It also allows you to reconnect with who you truly are as well as with your inner peace, power, wisdom and joy.
In our work together, we’ll focus on the experiences that arise in the here and now as well as your health and life goals. My coaching sessions will support you in building a solid inner foundation of unshakable self-worth, self-compassion, and self-appreciation, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. We will also work on implementing healthy lifestyle habits which feel good to you to support your body and mind in their recovery from childhood cPTSD. One baby step at a time.
I invite you to think of our sessions as a soothing, healing massage for the soul and the journey of 'coming back home' to yourself. While we may gently explore difficult emotions, uncomfortable bodily sensations and inner confusion, this process is never about overriding your nervous system capacity or pushing you too far. Instead, we will move at your own comfortable pace and focus on regulating your nervous system, reconnecting with your inner resources/inner world/soul, and building a strong foundation for vibrant health on all levels.

I have no strict rules as to how often you have to attend Trauma-Trained Coaching Sessions but I may give you recommendations around that. Nevertheless, you can book any session with me whenever you feel the need for extra care and support on your healing journey. No pressure purchasing costly programs or attending frequent sessions with me. Do what feels good and what works for you!
Some clients choose to have weekly sessions with me until they feel like they found stability within themselves and they do not need any more external support. Others, can only invest in 1-2 sessions per month or every two months. It is all fine as long as you have some structure around our work together. I always give my clients homework to experiment with and support themselves in between sessions.
Also, sometimes, clients come for just 1 session in confusing and overwhelming times of their lives. As long as this is what helps you and this is what you feel you need, it is all good.
