Anastasia supports adults navigating the impact of childhood developmental trauma, helping them cultivate a sense of inner safety, resilience, and a deeper connection to their authentic selves and their intuition.

Being an integrative practitioner, Anastasia’s work is informed by a variety of modalities and methods, including trauma education, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, CBT, somatic practices, and other holistic approaches. She works across all levels of health, bridging science and spirituality in her work.

She also draws on her background in practical psychology and intercultural communication to bring depth, nuance, and cultural awareness to her work.

At the heart of Anastasia’s work is a mission to empower trauma survivors in a way that supports self-healing across all levels of health, helping them feel more connected, resourced, and at home within themselves. Through this work, her mission is to create a positive ripple effect in the world, as the way healed people show up in their lives naturally inspires and uplifts those around them.

Outside of Anastasia's professional work, she is a deeply multipassionate individual who enjoys reading, free-diving, cycling, spending time in nature, connecting with animals, traveling, learning languages, and exploring the magic of this existence.

My role is to help clients reconnect with their own inner wisdom, resilience, and resources so they can heal themselves in a way that is deep and lasting. The only way that can happen is when a client is fully participating in the coaching process, is open-minded, and committed to their healing.
