Anastasia has spent years coaching clients while also dedicating herself to her own healing through trauma self-education, personal therapy, coaching and other holistic modalities. As a highly sensitive cPTSD survivor, she brings a profound understanding of trauma and its impact, allowing her to connect deeply with her clients’ experiences. 

Since 2021, she has passionately studied and explored every aspect of trauma recovery, continually learning and growing as a professional in the trauma recovery field. Anastasia is more than a trauma-informed coach, she is a trauma-trained coach, dedicated to guiding her clients toward meaningful healing and lasting positive change.
