As a Holistic Mental Health and Wellness Coach, I support you in cultivating vibrant mental health through a multidimensional, holistic approach. I specialise in working with cPTSD survivors healing from developmental trauma as well as individuals navigating the effects of 'little t' trauma. My practice is deeply trauma-informed, grounded in both professional training and lived experience, so you can feel safe knowing our sessions are designed to support and not re-traumatize you.
Safety is the foundation of our work together. In every session, I am dedicated to creating a space where you feel safe to be you and where you can safely explore parts of you which need your love and attention. This foundation of safety is key in helping you heal, as it allows your nervous system to recalibrate and build capacity for tolerating different array of life experiences. It also allows you to 'come back home' to yourself, leaving confusion behind.
In our work together, we’ll focus on the experiences that arise in the here and now as well as your health and life goals. My coaching sessions will support you in building a solid inner foundation of unshakable self-worth, self-compassion, and self-love, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. We will also work on implementing healthy lifestyle habits which feel good to you to support your body and mind in their recovery from childhood PTSD. One baby step at a time.
I invite you to think of our sessions as a soothing and healing massage for the soul. While we may gently explore difficult emotions and uncomfortable bodily sensations, this process is never about pushing you too far or too fast. Instead, we’ll focus on regulating your nervous system, reconnecting with your inner resources/inner world/soul, and building a strong foundation for vibrant health on all levels.

As a coach in trauma recovery field, I've done a lot of inner work and I have attended countless counselling hours. I've trained with the most influential practitioners in trauma field and I have years of 1:1 coaching experience.

I have no strict rules as to how often you have to attend Holistic Mental Health Coaching sessions but I may give you recommendations around that. Nevertheless, you can book any session with me whenever you feel the need for extra care and support on your healing journey. No pressure purchasing costly programs or attending frequent sessions with me. Do what feels good and what works for you!
