Every single day your nervous system goes through a predictable sequence of states. This happens outside of your conscious awareness. Each state holds its own story, influencing the way you feel, think, and behave. Understanding how your biology shapes your daily life is invaluable. It can help you in the process of emotional regulation, trauma healing, optimising your performance and life experience.
This 1:1 session is a chance to slow down, tune in, and get to know your nervous system on a deeper level. We’ll look at how it responds to different life situations and how those responses affect your thoughts, feelings, and actions. You’ll see your patterns and triggers more clearly, and understand the protective strategies your body has been using to keep you safe.
With this knowledge, you’ll be better able to: support yourself through emotional ups and downs; build emotional resilience muscle; perform at your best when you need to (public speaking, work tasks, social media presence); enjoy and savour good moments without rushing past them; be kinder to yourself and your body.
This session is very experiential. Even though it comes with an educational component, the goal of this session is to help you experience your nervous system and somatic practices + support you in your current life challenges.
By the end of the session, you will have your map of your unique nervous system.

After the session, You’ll receive a personalised PDF that includes your unique nervous system map, plus worksheets to help you continue tracking and understanding your patterns over time.
Please note that this session is ONLY for people who are ready to establish a deeper connection with themselves and their bodies, and who love educating themselves on topics which can be beneficial for their health and life!
Also, since every person is unique and different, I cannot guarantee that we will cover every single point specified above. However, you can be sure that you will get to know your nervous system, create your nervous system map, and receive support you need in the moment.
