Technical checks:
Please use Computer/Laptop/Ipad (NO PHONES!) - The session will not be conducted on a phone.
Please ensure that you have your Computer/Laptop/Ipad plugged into the electricity. It is not enough to have a fully charged battery.
Please ensure that you are as close as possible to the Router and that no one else in the house is drawing on the Wifi signal on the day. Also, if using wireless ensure that everyone knows NOT to use the microwave whilst we are in session.
Please ensure all ‘alerts’ are switched off and if you have your phone synched to your laptop – please ensure that the alerts are not going to come up during our session.
Please only have our Zoom window up on the computer on the day. If you have multiple windows open then it will sometimes reduce Zoom’s capability in session and we do not want this to happen.
Headsets
No Bluetooth Headsets (they stop working as soon as you lay down)
No Wireless Headsets
No Headsets with inbuilt microphone in the ears.
No earbuds!
Please ensure your headset has a microphone which can be placed in front of the mouth.
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL:
Please ensure that you have gone into your computer settings and ticked for your computer to recognise the microphone of the USB Headset. If you don’t do this your microphone will not work on the day and we WILL NOT be able to conduct the session without a working microphone.
Once you have set up your microphone – please test it in Zoom. If the microphone is not working in Zoom. Please go into the Mute button on the left hand side of the tool bar in Zoom. Click on the little up arrow next to it ^. Once this list comes up, make sure you have ‘Headset Microphone’ ticked under microphone. And ‘Headset Earphone’ ticked under speaker.
If you don’t see an option for ‘Headset Microphone’ or ‘Headset Earphone’ in Zoom then this means that your computer does not recognise your headset and so you will need to spend time making sure your computer recognises your Headset Earphones and Headset Microphone for the session.

No Caffeine, drugs, or alcohol. (if you have a caffeine addiction, simply reduce the amount of caffeine consumed prior to the session)
Have your computer or laptop as close to your Router as possible to ensure that we have a clear connection for the session.
Your computer is PLUGGED INTO THE SOCKET/IS BEING CHARGED CONTINUOUSLY throughout the session.
No burning candles, no turned on appliances which can cause hazardous situations.
You have a headset with a microphone that goes in front of your mouth. This is essential. The session will not be conducted without it. Ana needs to be able to hear everything that you are saying including when you whisper. Don’t forget Ana is not in the room with you!
You have a safe space to conduct the session, with no interruptions. If family members are in the house at the same time, please ensure that they understand that you are not to be disturbed.
For safety reasons and session efficacy no other person can stay in the same room with you while we are conducting our session!
Any cats/dogs are placed in another room for the session. (We love them so much but trust me – they will end up sitting on your face!)
You understand that hypnotherapy is not anaesthesia. You will be ‘aware’ of yourself lying on the bed the whole time. You are not ‘going’ anywhere physically. You will be under control throughout the entire session and you will be able to stop it whenever you want (if needed). However we are choosing to focus on what is in the mind and let the mind and Higher Self lead us to where we need to go and what we need to see.
You understand that your Conscious mind will give you ‘doubts.’ For example ‘It’s not working/You are just making it up.’ But you can choose to ignore that part of your mind and allow yourself to focus on what is unfolding in the mind, no matter how silly or strange it may seem. The Conscious mind's job is to keep you safe and it will do this at all costs. If you allow your mind to drift and float you will arrive at your soul’s expression. The session will be guided by your higher self and you will see what you need to see.
DISCLAIMER for SCHH
It is YOUR responsibility as the client to read all preparation materials before doing hypnosis sessions with Ana.
It is YOUR responsibility as the client to pay 390 USD for each SCHH session. The sessions are fully booked only after payment has been received.
It is YOUR responsibility as the client to ensure that you have tested your headset and that it is working before our session. We do not have time to do this on the day as we have a lot to get through in the 3.5 hours that we have together.
If we get together on the day and you have not tested your headset prior and set up the microphone as instructed as above, and we are unable to conduct the session as this has not been done. Then the session will need to be re-arranged for another mutually convenient date and time. Please note – you are paying for my time as a Holistic Mental Health and Wellness Coach and SCHH practitioner and if the session needs to be rearranged to another date due to the headset not being set up correctly prior, then a fee of 144 USD will be payable for the new session slot. This is due to the inconvenience caused on the day and not being able to conduct the session due to the Headset not being set up correctly by the client. This time is then lost on that day and I cannot get another client in as it is too short notice. Time is precious and there are many people to be healed at this time.
PLEASE ENSURE that your Headset is set up correctly BEFORE the date and that you have tested that the MICROPHONE is in fact working (It is not enough to just test the Earphones. The two work separately and are separate things).
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that this is done before we meet on the day so we can then just concentrate on the good part which is providing you with Healing and taking you on your journey through the Quantum Space.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy for SCHH
- If you wish to rearrange your SCHH session with Ana, please give 72 hours’ notice to move the appointment to another mutually convenient time. Please be aware that Ana gets booked up in advance so this may be another 3 months away.
- If we connect on the day and you do not have the necessary headset required for the session with the microphone that goes in front of the mouth then the session will not go ahead. It is a requirement of the session that you have one of these headsets. The session will be rearranged for another mutually convenient time, however please bear in mind that this could be up to 3 months away.
- If after booking a session with Ana, Ana is unable to make contact with you after multiple efforts, the session will be cancelled and reoffered out.
- If you give Ana 72 hours’ notice of Cancellation, Ana will return the money to you (less PayPal fees). If you Cancel (and do not want to rearrange) with less than 72 hours’ notice of the session date, the fee will be kept as a donation towards Ana’s Social Media work.
