Certified Trauma- and Polyvagal-Informed Holistic Mental Health & Wellness Coach, with a background in Intercultural Communication, Practical Psychology, and specialized trainings in Feminine Health and Chronic Disease Prevention. Also an SCHH Practitioner (Hypnotist), English Communication Mentor, and Writer.
Driven by a lifelong curiosity and a deeply multipassionate nature, Anastasia has always explored diverse interests -long before stepping into her first professional role.
Her journey began with English teaching, working with both children and adults, but her love for personal growth, intercultural communication, and holistic living soon led her into a new professional territory: Holistic Health Coaching.
Anastasia's journey in the Holistic Health Field began in 2021 with her work as a Feminine Health and Wellness Coach and a certified FEMM Teacher. She supported women in deepening their understanding of their bodies, helping them naturally prevent pregnancy, enhance fertility, and improve their health across all levels.
Over time, she recognised the importance of trauma-informed care and eventually found her true calling in supporting fellow cPTSD survivors and those experiencing complex trauma symptoms on their path to healing trauma.
Today, Anastasia brings together her diverse expertise to offer unique, integrative, and trauma-informed support that nurtures healing on every level - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

I believe that all true healing comes from within. My role is to help clients reconnect with their own inner wisdom, resilience, and resources so they can heal themselves in a way that is authentic and lasting. The only way that can happen is when a client is fully participating in the coaching process, is open-minded, and committed to their healing.

I do not make false promises or guarantee healing outcomes. Each person’s journey is unique, and I honor that truth. My role is to support - not to control or “fix.”
